Shop and Establishment Registration in Maharashtra 2025

Every shop, commercial establishment, and business in Maharashtra must register under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017. This registration is mandatory and must be done within 60 days of starting the business.

  2. Select "Shops and Establishments"
  3. Register and fill application form
  4. Upload required documents
  5. Pay registration fee (Rs. 100–2,000 based on employee count)
  6. Certificate issued within 3–7 days

Renewal

The registration is valid for 10 years and must be renewed before expiry.
